2010 Munawwarah Retail Outlet Policy

Hi! These are the latest Munawwarah Retail Outlet Policies - to make it more comfy for everyone.. we hope we get everyones' co-operation.....

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- only within 7 days with a receipt.
- refunds, exchanges or returns cannot be made without a receipt.
- Items must be in original packaging and with Munawwarah price tag.
- Items must be in saleable condition. Munawwarah reserves the right to evaluate the product before allowing any exchange
- Exchanges of each item can only be made once

RETAIL OUTLET
- no photography ( handphone, camera or video ) allowed within the Munawwarah premises without permission from the management.
-we discourage food or drinks in the outlets to avoid spills and stains
- do mind your kids so as to avoid accidents

TRYING TUDUNGS
- if possible, try the tudung which has not been packed to confirm your size. If not available, then you can try the packed ones
- once you have confirmed the size and colour, try the packed piece before proceeding to the counter
- please place the tudung you have tried but do not want on the table so that others can also try the colours and sizes
- if possible, try and avoid heavy make-up and lipstick when trying the tudungs Surely even you would not want to purchase a piece with make-up stains on it
- on peak days, do proceed to the television to watch some ideas on how to use the tudung, in case the staff are not able to assist you...
- ask the cashier or other staff on how to care for the product
