We are in the process of rectifying the tudung supply problem, but production takes time....nak maintain quality mestilah take time....
We really appreciate the effort taken by many of you who stand outside our doors at 9 am every morning awaiting the latest release...and i have to admit - the current trend is that by 3pm, our tudung store is almost empty....

As we all know it is now the HAJJ season, therefore our tailors are concentrating on hajj products, so up until the end of the HAjj season (end of November) more of the Tudung T and Selendang T will be produced. There is less production of the Tudung T Small. Kena sabar sikitlah ye.......:-).
For the newer customers -
a) We refill tudung stocks every day right now, an average of 200 - 300 tudungs of a variety of colours, types and sizes are released every morning at about 9.30am (that is why the crowd is gathered at that time).
b) On Fridays,Saturdays and public holidays, our tudung store is refilled twice or three times according to what ever stock is available to us.The tudung shop is closed on sundays.
c) Our tudung Munawarah is sold in our No 14 Persiaran Zaaba shop - whereby it is a LADIES only shop. There is a small waiting area for men in the front of the shop but on Saturdays it does get a bit crowded. The reason it is "LADIES ONLY" is because we practise an "Open Fitting Room" concept. Ladies are free to try the tudung without having to go into the limited fitting rooms.
d) Our NO 33 Jalan Tun Mohd Fuad 3 shop also has a small collection of tudungs but it is NOT a men free zone. You will need to use the fitting room to try on the tudungs.Only 10% of the currant stock is refilled in this shop.
e) We regret to inform customers that we cannot entertain ANY bookings for the mean time....as too many bookings are made that there is not enough tudungs to go around. We will inform you once the policy has changed. To be fair to all, we practise FIRST COME FIRST SERVED policy as to the tudung supply. Our apologies to all.
f) As most of our consultants are now occupied in the Hajj departments, we may not be able to entertain tudung styling requests. Our staff can only assist you with basic styles and advise. We hope you can utilise our video presentation to learn of a few new styles......
Another important reminder - as our shop is usually rather crowded, we hope customers can mind their own children and discourage them from running around. We have had a few accidents in the shop over the last few weeks due to unsupervised children.
